Shipping, returns and refunds

1. Shipping orders
Order is accepted when it has been placed in our web shop and we have received confirmed payment. We will process and ship order at the latest on the following business day after the order has accepted. Orders accepted on business days, are shipped usually same day. When order has been shipped, we will send an confirmation email about shipping. Confirmation email will include tracking information, if available in the selected shipping method. We always try to ship as fast as possible. In there is a delay in shipping we will inform customer by email or phone.
Please note. For orders paid with PayPal, we reserve the right to cancel orders where order shipping address doesn’t match the shipping address in PayPal.
2. Shipping methods
We currently ship all orders from our European Central Warehouse in Finland. .
All orders are shipped without any duties, taxes or extra fees. In most countries where we ship, there are no duties, taxes or fees for orders under certain value, when the order is meant for personal use. Please check your local duty and tax regulations for more information. If your local regulations require duties, taxes or any fees paid for the order, you are responsible for those. When shipping with DHL, if there are any duties, taxes or fees, DHL will pay them in advance and will charge you before the shipment is delivered.
All orders have 100% insurance coverage in case of lost or damaged shipment.
The shipping times are only estimates and don't include any delays caused by customs checks, strikes, natural disasters or any other factors that are out of our or our shipping partners control.DHL Express shipping
DHL Express shipping time is 2 to 5 business days. Express shipping includes tracking. Packages are delivered to the customers address. Tracking information is sent to the customer in the shipping confirmation email.
Orders over $100 are shipped free with DHL Express shipping. For orders under $100 the shipping fee is $11.90
DHL Express can't ship to PO Box address. Please use EMS (Priority Mail) Express postal service when shipping to these addresses.
EMS (Priority Mail) Express shipping
EMS (Priority Mail) Express shipping time is 4 to 9 business days. EMS (Priority Mail) Express shipping includes tracking. Packages are delivered to the customers address. Tracking information is sent to the customer in the shipping confirmation email.
Orders over $100 are shipped free with EMS (Priority Mail) Express shipping. For orders under $100 the shipping fee is $12.90
Returns and refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If your shipment is delayed for reasons beyond our influence, like delayed customs process, we may deduct the extended time from the 30 days return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products and some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations (if applicable)
You can cancel your order until the order has been shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent to you by email.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to accept the delivery and then return the items in the shipment, Refusing the delivery is not an acceptable cancellation method. If shipping company returns an refused shipment, all returns costs will be fully deducted from possible refund.
If your cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please purchase a Pre-paid Return Shipping label from our store. You will need to provide your order number and contact details. Retunr shipping label will be delivered by email and you will need a printer to print the label.
Our return shipping service is only $11.90 regardless of shipment size. You can order the return shipping label in here.
You may also ship the return by your chosen shipping method. In that case, contact our customer service at email@example.com for more instructions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
